Alpha H professional precision peel and neutraliser

Hey, I brought Alpha H professional precision peel and neutralizer from a spa closing down with no instructions. Alpha H won’t tell me how to use it as I’m not a precessional and I can’t locate any. I knows the risk but going for it anyway. I’ve tried leaving it on for 7 minutes and 15 minutes and no sign of a peel. Anyone had one and remember if it was washed off in store or later at home? If so, how long? With the neutralizer, is this over the peel or on once peel is washed off? Thanks!

Thank you everyone! I did a google too but ever with 45 minute appointment it could be a wash off at home. This was our communication:
    * Hi there, Can you please provide instructions on the professional precision peel and neutralizer? Thanks
    * Good Morning, The Precision Peel is one of our professional strength peels to be used in Salons only. If you are a stockists of Alpha-H you will need to contact your distributor for further information and training on this product. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
    * I’m not a stockist, I purchased it from Palmerston Day Spa in the NT during there closing down sale. No instructions provided.
    * I am sorry to hear that as unfortunately this product is not suitable for home use. This is a professional only high strength chemical peel. Using it without full training and understanding of skin anatomy and physiology and the processes of chemical peeling could lead to permanent skin damage. Alpha-H does not endorse the sale of professional products to the public and as such we are unable to recommend that you use this product. I would suggest that you contact your place of purchase for a full refund. Alternatively you should discard the product.
*I won’t discard the product and Palmerston Day Spa is now closed. Thanks anyway, I’ll keep trying.

Their customer service is really active. Not so much to say about how they respond to their customers, it’s all good.

I’m amazed their customer service is still going despite the lockdown, it’s a service I would want from any products I buy.

I agree with Petal I would try contact them again and explain the situation I am sure they won’t outright refuse given the circumstances and may be of some help

nae_jade, I contacted Alpha-H’s customer service via email about a product a while ago and I was impressed with the detail in their reply, quick response etc. I’m surprised that they were unable to help you, so maybe you could try contacting them again; perhaps via Facebook.

Doing a quick google it looks like it would be left on longer (such as around 30-45 minutes). However, it’s likely that they do a few steps before putting the peel on which, at a salon is “prepping the skin for the peel”, which can involve a few different things such as a face wash/cleanse and/or exfoliator (just from memory of when I’ve had salon visits).

Be very careful though I’d recommend doing a tiny patch test before trying to do your entire face.
