Hi everyone, with these kind of programs I was wondering how the author/trainer goes about addressing technique? I’m sure they make a few pointers but is there a way they check up you and your progress? Or are they all just generalised programs with no follow up? I ask because I specialise in exercise rehabilitation and I thrive in one on one personalised trainings but I find that very limiting and really want to help more people. I’ve contemplated going online but my biggest fear is not being able to see people do their workouts. Any thoughts? TIA
