I had my awesome treat over the weekend, and chose the enzyme bath. I was shown into a huge room, that had a big square bath about 10ft by 10ft, and about 5ft deep. It was about half full of water, and then she added some clay enzymes imported from India. It made the water look a little muddy. I had a rolled towel for my head, and two little tables, one with a selection of chocolates, and fruit, and another with a great big jug of iced water. The doors were open to the rainforest. I added a bit more hot water and then after 30 mins (there was a discreet knock on the door) I let the water out and stood under a rainshower to rinse off the mud. this was completed by a lovely relaxing massage.

I haven’t tried either of them so I can’t really tell you what they are like but if I did get the chance I’ve always wanted to get the mud bath one there is an article on here explaining all the treatment’s for this kind of thing which would really help you in deciding if you look it up otherwise I’m sure there are other beauties on here once they see this have had at least one of these so you can get an idea of what they are like. When you do you decide which one to go for come back on here & let us all know how it went the ins & outs of it all.
