I need help losing the last 5 kgs.

Hey beauties,

I have lost over 12 kgs in six months and I having trouble at the moment losing the last 5 kgs. I was wondering if you beauties could help me.

The exercise I do at the moment is walking two hours a week and the odd dance sessions that last 30 mins to an hour, once or twice a week.

I don’t have the money to go to the gym, some at home exercise routines could be great. I thinking about taking up running starting this Monday morning, once or twice a week.

At home we healthy because of my mums diet restrictions, but we have the odd snack or too. So dieting tips might help too.

I don’t sure if my motivation to loss weight is faded away or if it just needs to be up lifted a little.

Any information, experience or tips could be handy.

Thanks for all your help, beauties.

I have flagged mattcut‘s previous post as spam. His name is familiar, so it’s likely he’s spammed the forums before and his posts were removed.

    Hi bmill229,

    Wow, 12kg! That’s amazing – congratulations!

If you’ve been doing the same type of exercise for the past 6 months, it might help to change it up a little as Luna19 suggested. That way your working your body and muscles in new ways which might help to shift those last few kilos you’d like to lose.

In terms of diet, you could check out some health blogs – they have loads of tips and healthy recipes. Here are some that we’ve found to get you started http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/body-health/healthy-eating-weight/top-health-blogs

    Hi bmill229,
I’m not a personal trainer or nutritionist firstly, but sometimes it’s good to switch up your routine and push yourself in areas you struggle in when working out. It sounds like you need a high-intensity workout in your weekly routine, I highly recommend HIT youtube videos – there are so many online and it will really take your fitness level and weight loss to the next step.
If you aren’t already measuring yourself rather than relying on the scales to monitor how your weight loss is going 🙂 You could be losing centimetres off your waist and arms etc. but remain the same weight because you are gaining muscle.
