Tried and tested product to keep feet heels soft (without the daily scrubbing and creaming up)

I simply cannot work out how to keep my heels from becoming rough and sometimes cracked. Tried Scholl and Neat Feet and of course the good old rubbing in the shower each night with mr pumice. If I do not do this regime every day, the therapy reverses. Any suggestions for time poor mums who are on a budget.

I like the Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi. You have to keep using it regularly to maintain results (as with anything). Depending on the condition of your feet, you might need to use a nourishing cream or oil with the Express Pedi. If you use the product frequently, that means you’re going to go through batteries faster:

You can sometimes find it on sale from stores such as Chemist Warehouse.

My heels are quite rough too and same as you, can sometimes crack. I’ve found the Bath and Body Works ‘True Blue Spa’ heel treatment works really well for me, especially if I’ve applied it just after using a pumice. Occasionally I get really stubborn bits of cracked skin and carefully use a corn plane to take off the hardened dead skin.

Mine get rough too. It is because of the shoes we wear and going without shoes in Summer. I have to grind mine down regularly too – I have a battery operated machine that I use. If you are really concerned visit a podiatrist or dermatologist to see if you are fast growing skin or something similar.
