Nail (gel?) polish that really lasts?

NOTE: Picture attached is NOT MINE! Just found via Google Images.

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a nail polish I can use at home that really, truly lasts… possibly a gel polish, but I’ve bought a few gel polishes for at home use that simply did not last (hardly any longer than regular nail polish).

I don’t have the time to keep touching up my nails, but I also don’t have the funds to get them done professionally regularly. I’m trying to find that middle line between the two… the polish can be a little more expensive, but it does need to stay on perfectly for at least, say, 4 days?

If anyone has found their holy grail, please let me know. I’m looking for a shade similar to the attached image!

Thank you,

Nell

Essie gel couture nail polish and top coat is my go to. My current pedi has lasted me over 2 weeks with zero chips.

I had a look at the reviews and it looks like most people have great experiences with Essie! Will definitely be stopping by Priceline for that one, then 🙂

I find Sally Hansen ones to be quite long lasting, pick one which includes a base/top coat as this makes your polish last longer.

i bought the oppalec nail polish kit from priceline. My nails lasted 2 weeks. The key is thin coats

Call me blonde but I just searched that- I always just use normal nail polish LOL. So is this like a gel coat on top of your nails not just an actual polish only? Does it damage your nails like shellac and sns? You have to remove it a special way or am I looking at the wrong thing?

It is a special nail polish that needs to be “”cured”” under uv light. Needs to be removed by soaking in acetone

Following this too, my nailpolish always chips after a day or two it is very frustrating!

I can’t help but stalking your topic as I do love that colour too and would love to know if anyone has any tips on a product.
