Dark skin on toes

Is there a skin whitening cream that might work for this?

try baking soda mixed with water into a paste and applied to your knuckles for 15 to 20 minutes. Also, lemon juice applied to your knuckles with a cotton ball daily.

You appear to have a freckly complexion. Do you get a yearly skin check for cancer? I’ve got a family history, so I go every year without fail. Most skin check places are free. That’s the place to ask.
