    Glad to see so many of you have received your product and are enjoying the trial already.

    I just wanted to remind everyone of our User Conduct and that we don’t condone any bullying or snide remarks on beautyheaven.

        Iffy is a colloquial (slang) term for uncertain or doubtful.

        Yeah I know what iffy means, I’m not sure what you mean by what I’ve said sounds iffy? We received the products on March 1st and the reviews were due on March 8th I usually wash my hair once to twice a week but literally washed it daily to give it a decent review. I have used their products before and it is a great brand which is why I felt and feel bad giving it the rating that I did but I was 100% honest. If I wasn’t honest I would have given it a raving review which I did not.

        No, no – I didn`t mean your comment sounded iffy., sorry! I meant the product sounds iffy – of dubious quality.

        If your experience of any product is bad, of course, you`ve got to write an honest review. We always appreciate honest reviews here.

      Saffy, I`ve just read your review. I was also on this trial. I noticed you felt the same way as myself about the products. I gave a 2 star review and mine are yet to be published.

        Yeah I was so excited for this trial as I know what a great brand Aveda was but was so disappointed I would have rated it 1 or 2 for the conditioner and leave it treatment as I received zero nourishment would say it’s worse than a surpermarket brand I know it’s botanical and more natural but it did nothing for me.

        You`ll see when my review is published that I wrote that exact thing about the shampoo being worse that a cheap supermarket shampoo. I`m glad I`m not the only one with this experience.

        Also when using the conditioner and leave-in treatment I didn`t feel they did anything. My hair feels so crispy, knotty and dry like I`ve just been in the ocean.

        Yes crispy is what my ends were like exactly l, I know I’m used to the real soft and silky feel from shampoos, conditioners and treatments full of chemicals that’s why I used it a lot before reviewing I’m
        So glad you felt the same I wasn’t sure if it were just me but I had to be honest.

      I`ve just read all the reviews. Great to see honesty and a range of experiences on this trial. Not sure if I would purchase this range or not because of the mixed bag of reviews.

      I can’t quite put my hand on the scent when I opened the shampoo lid there was no immediate scent until I squeezed the bottle to have a good whiff, it reminded me of my childhood with essential oils, earthy I can definitely smell the ylang-ylang flower and manjoram. It is quite a distinct scent when you have a really good whiff but isn’t overpowering I’ve just used it now as it’s naturally drying I can only slightly smell it.

        If I had the large one, I`d probably use one side one day, then hang it to dry & use the clean half the next day. Otherwise, you`d always be waiting for it in the wash. Having 4 minis is convenient.

    I am beyond excited BH I received my package this morning and was like a little kid opening my package and must have had utter delight on my face because my 4 year old son said “that’s nice the lady (postwomen) gave you a birthday present”, I said “it’s not my birthday yet but this is better”. I recieved some really nice and totally unexpected extras also Yey.
