    So, what was your result like Meedee and GG?

    I am so impressed that will not experiment any more with any hair colours , until this one gets discontinued. No point. I got best ever results, better than with any hair colour I have used (in salon or at home)! The stuff repaired my terribly damaged hair! I expected just to get some lightening done and usual more dryness at the ends…but no! My hair is like silk from tip to ends! Witchcraft this is!

      I chose a lighter colour to give me highlights in my darkish hair, but it was very subtle. Maybe I should have chosen an even lighter colour. I really liked the cream for step 2 – felt lovely and soft and I liked the smell of the cream!

    Has anyone else tried to submit their review and post review survey????

    I submitted my review yesterday and then tried the survey link and it said I had already completed the survey. I received the email to say I had submitted all reviews and surveys. I emailed Emily and oddly my review had not showed up and she said there was a fault with the link for the survey which had since been fixed. Ive tried to resubmit my survey and tried to do the survey but Im not having any luck at all.
    Havent heard back from Emily as yet.
    Anyone else having issues???

        As the trial is a quick turn around they offered extra points if we got our reviews and survey in by Sunday but Im stuck and cant do anything 🙁
        Ive just emailed Emily again asking for help.

        Hi Meedee, I`ve just managed to do my review and survey. I had to go through a couple of the emails to find a link that worked, and used the “”Your trial has begun”” email for the survey”” but a different email for the review – I used the “”we are still waiting for your review”” email, (I got this email 2 mins after I got the “”you`ve been accepted”” email !)

        Re points, I only got 5 points for each of the review and survey, so not sure how the bonus points get applied.

        Geegina Thank you so much for the response. I went back and tried every single link in all of the emails and the “”Your trial has begun”” email allowed me to finally get to the survey so at least that is done and so now its just my review thats gone missing but if needs be I can email that to Emily.

        I think the extra points we are to receive will be manually added this coming week.

    Summer is coming to an end and it will the perfect to freshen up with a new colour. Go hard and go bright or just play it safe, lol.
