beautyheaven says:

Pantene is formulated with the needs of Australian women in mind, aiming to address their number one hair care concern; damage (63% ). The Micellar Series contains micelles that detox the scalp, with scientifically designed ‘micro-magnets’ attracting metal impurities from the hair’s core.

The micelles naturally attract the toxins and dirt in hair, without the need for rigorous rubbing of the scalp to minimise irritation or damage. It helps to transform even the most fragile dry hair into strands of strength.

The Pantene Pro-V Blends Rosewater Shampoo and Conditioner formula combines extracts of the hydrating rosa gallica plant with the power of Pantene’s legendary Pro-Vitamin B5. The addition of the nourishing rosewater formulation, known for its anti-oxidant and oil controlling properties, provides instant relief for dry hair by hydrating and replenishing strands.

Many members first impressions of the Pantene Pro-V Micellar Series Blends Rosewater Shampoo was the packaging . They enjoyed how the product was dispensed  through a lockable pump, which allows for travel-friendly convenience and helps to control the use of excess product.

There was a clear nod to the aesthetic of the bottles, as members were delighted by the feminine pink colour which they enjoyed on their bathroom shelf.

For some members, the rose smell was a major highlight, while others weren’t completley taken with it. In comparison to the smell of the conditioner, the shampoo scent was second favourite.

However, it seemed all members could agree that whether or not they favoured a rose scent, the shampoo was free of any “chemically smell” and in turn, did not induce any headaches.

While a few members found the product to lather up nicely while washing, they did comment that their hair was slightly harder to de-tangle while they brushed it out after a wash. However, the reduced frizz received high praise from members.

The Pantene Pro-V Micellar Series Blends Rosewater Conditioner scent was a stand out for members. The light, fresh rose fragrance was said to linger in the hair for the duration of the day.

Texture wise, members were impressed with the thick, creamy consistency of the conditioner, which coated their hair in only one to two pumps.

The conditioner complimented the shampoo nicely, and both products had impressive results when used together. Again, a special note to the hygienic and convenient pump design of the bottle.

Wide praise was given to the soft, shiny and smooth hair of the members, with some citing the product as the best conditioner they had ever used. Many commented that they will be repurchasing and recommending to friends and family in the future.

“The formula is more of a gel like consistency and lathers up nicely. It left my hair feeling very clean and light, not weighed down like with some shampoos I have previously used.” –  philippa495,

“The shampoo smelt amazing (like roses) and only a small out of product was needed to get into a lather. The shampoo was easily washed out, where I repeated a second wash. After drying, my hair was so soft and smelt amazing. I didn’t have the usual oiliness after a day and have found I can go a few days before my hair starts to show signs of oiliness.” – Jodie938,

“The packaging is a sleek, translucent pale pink bottle, fitted with an easy to use pump. The shampoo itself is clear, which I like, and produces the silkiest, most gorgeous lather. The smell is amazing-not true rose water, more like a high end rose water inspired fragrance. My hair wasn’t squeaky or stripped, just clean, weightless and perfectly prepared for conditioner or treatments.” – Prettykitty1,

“I love this conditioner and I will most definitely purchase this product again and refer it to all my friends. So hydrating it left my hair feeling great it was so soft and smooth I have naturally curly hair and I felt like my curls were so good they were left the best they have ever felt” – Maddii,

“The formula feels creamy without being too heavy, my hair looks and feels healthy and shiny after blow drying and also after being left to dry naturally. It has a lockable pump lid which is great for travelling. It doesn’t contain any silicon, parabens or dye which is great.” – philippa495,

“The conditioner smelt amazing (like roses) and only a small out of product was needed to apply the product to the ends of my hair. The conditioner was easily washed out. After drying, my hair was so soft and smelt amazing. I didn’t have the usual oiliness after a day and have found I can go a few days before my hair starts to show signs of oiliness.” – Jodie938,

  1. I just bought some of the condtioner after reading the reviews, can’t wait to try it as I usually buy more expensive brands so will be interesting if it lives up to my expectations

  2. Hmm, I’ve always been told to avoid Pantene. That it strips colour and coats the hair in silicone so you think its healthy when its not really. Good reviews…but I think I might still skip it.
