Coloured Hair

I have coloured hair, and am naturally light brown. I am trying to decide whether to keep colouring darker/red tones, or whether to go blonde. Sooo…. which do you think is better for Summer and what is the best way to go about it? Particularly the best way to remove colour to go blonde!

I haven’t tried the Colourless brand, but I’ve used Scott Cornwall Decolour Stripper on a few occasions. I reckon it’s amazing! I’ve recommended it on the forum a few times. It’s now listed on bh, here:

Thanks so much! I have used a hair dye stripper a few years back and it was awful – it didn’t work properly and damaged my hair so much. This seems like it would work much better and not leave my hair such a mess!! Definitely worth a try.

It sounds like if you want your Hair either darker, redier or to go light you should Colour Remove first to clean your Hair out of all the Colour you have had in it.
I could not Recommend a Permanent Hair Colour more it has helped me so many times through different Hair colours. I have only ever used My Hairdresser Colour Remover and would never use another – it really truly works and leaves your Hair feeling so great.

Hey there! In terms of hair colour removal – I’ve seen this product around BH that a lot of people talk highly about. It removes hair colour (especially darker tones) and preps your hair for a new colour, which you can do right after:

I also came across a brand new video of an Australian Youtuber testing it out yesterday:

    Hope this helps! 🙂
