I’ve only used colgate & listerine as well. Depends on what you want out of it too though?

I’ve only ever used Listerine or otherwise gargled with salt water and have not had any problems.

Not a fan of Mouth wash… I use Coconut oil and swill for a bout 5 minutes… Kills germs naturally without the stinging afterwards…

BEST mouthwash? It depends if you’re talking about trying to prevent cavities in kids, prevention or management of gingivitis in adults, or whitening.

I love Colgate Neutrachlor 900 (pictured below), but it’s difficult to get. It’s a WEEKLY strengthening fluoride mouthwash.

There’s also the more readily available Colgate Neutrachlor 220 daily mouthwash, which you can buy pretty much anywhere.

Have you heard of tooth mousse? Google it, for better info than I can provide.

I’ve been using Lush mouthwash tabs (creme de menthe is the best one), it doesn’t alcohol so I find it’s a lot more pleasant in my mouth. Plus I can take it when I have a busy night out.

My husband has gum disease and uses Cepacol. It was recommended to him because it has anti-bacterial ingredients that supermarket brands don’t have. it’s more expensive than other ones and the only stockist we’ve found is Chemist warehouse.
