Best teeth whitening options

I find that using the Colgate Optic White toothpaste is great for keeping my teeth white. It also dosen’t stain my teeth like other whitening toothpastes do.

I think see your dentist too they will give you the best advice.

I quit coffee and that helps with my teeth colouring enormously. I agree that professional scaling and bleaching is the best way to go if the colouring is obvious.

Well my thoughts on this is that there is only really tried ways.

1. Go to dentist. Initially you need to go to dentist and get them professionally cleaned and white. Fork the cash out.

2. The dentist will give you professional white gels to take home to use occasionally for up keep.

3. Use a good toothbrush, floss and use a good protective enamel toothpaste.

4. Use a good mouth wash. Oral b white mouth wash is very good.

5. Limit alcohol. Smoking and decrease coffee intake.

6. Once a week brush your teeth with charcoal. Its proven. Only once a week.
   Keep good oral hygiene.

There is no quick fix my friend xxx

but they have been yellow since they came through and I read somewhere that the normal colour should be a yellow tinge, baha i know that doesnt help x

my teeth are yellow also its so annoying
