Mad Men

I’m sad too that this show is coming to a close, but will always have my dvd collection if a feel like reliving it at any time. Now that the final is airing in the US hopefully it won’t be long until part 2 of the final season is released here. No spoilers girls!!

I’m 48 so Mad Men is set before my time, but I look at it & understand my parents better. My father who thinks that he’s the head of the house, my doormat mother who lets him think that too.

Jon Hamm is soooooooooooooo dreamy. I watched a few seasons on dvd, but I’ve missed the last few, I’ll have to catch up. I’m obsessed with Joan hair! Her hair looks almost identical in every episode, yet if you look closely, it’s always tweaked in some original way. She goes to work every day with a red carpet perfect updo. I looked out for Christina Hendricks on the red carpet & she usually wears it down when she’s out of character. I’ve got long hair, so I do a lot of “Joan hair” looks if I’ve got the time. I couldn’t imagine going to that much bother every day for work!

Favourite show ever! Sad it’s coming to an end now though, devastated actually.

I’ve been following the season 5 episodes as they screen in the US and the last two episodes have been fantastic (episodes 11 and 12). Episode 12 (which screened yesterday) was particularly good, and had a very sad and unexpected twist.

It is such a shame there’s only 13 episodes per season, season 5 has gone so quick! Can’t wait for the season final! =D

I have just watched the new episode! I love this show!!!!!

I absolutley love Mad Men but can only watch it when it comes on to SBS but it’s only just finished airing Series 3. Can’t wait to see series 4 and 5.

I’ve been waiting for this moment to arrive. Cannot wait to watch what they have installed. Especially the fashion and Don Draper.
