Is there a place where we can get hard wax refills for bulk/cheap or a place they regularly have sales on them? I go through them like toilet paper LOL

Depends on the brand you use? Catch of the day sometimes have this stuff quite cheap. I normally get them from Chemist Warehouse when on sale..
I buy mine in priceline whenever they are on special.
