Weight Loss and Breast Size

Hi Ladies ,

I lost alot of weight and went from a full perky C cup to a B – which was fine. Then I went from a Full B to a shallow B, and starting loosing the elasticity. Now I am doing alot of weight training, and they have gone from a B to an A and have no shape, not perky, and I even avoid looking in the mirror because they are so hideous i could cry. If they were a perky A I would be fine, but there like flaps.

Anyway, without being so graphic, what other experiences have you had with weight loss and breast size ? Have you put weight back on to increase volume ? Have you dont specific exercises ? Have you had a lift / enhancement done ?

Im open to all responses ..

I exercise a lot and have no breasts. Well when pregnant I did. When I put on weight I have more. I am happy as they are.

I had to have a breast reduction at age 23 because my G cup on my size 8 body was actually destroying my back… I could no longer sit up without back support. After a day of work all I could do was lie on my back on my bed. The surgeon didn’t really take off enough (that’s a whole other rant) but he definitely took off enough weight to stop the worst of it – and when I lose or gain weight, it does affect my cupsize instantly.

I’ve never met anyone with “cosmetically perfect” boobs. I’m sure they’re out there, but they have never crossed my path… nobody’s boobs are perfect. Whether they’re big small, perky, saggy, low, high, centered, sideways, uneven, big nipples, small nipples, too soft, too hard, too real, too fake… I hate seeing other women hurting over them, because we really are all the same and it’s okay. We all work with what we have, and yours are just as glorious as everyone else’s.

A healthy body is a perfect body <3

I’m short and quite petite but have always had relatively big boobs for my size, even when I was 11, I was all boobs. I’m a c cup now, have put on a bit of weight now I’m in my mid 40’s and have gone up a cup size in recent years.

I found when I lifted small hand weights or did push ups it helped firm the chest area.

My friend has recently had breast cancer and has had a double mascectomy and has decided not to have any reconstructive surgery, she has been through hell, so I’m going to be grateful for my boobs and not wish they were any different.

Yes you can looss weight without losing breast with boobpop serum, I have been using boobpop for a month now and I have noticed a difference. I am trying to lose weight without losing my breast size. So far I have lost 10 pounds without losing my breast size. I fit into my old bras they are C’s and the cup is still full. I have noticed that they look firmer and rounder. I love this serum and I cannot wait till see the results after 6 months.

I’m also a small A cup, but not because I’ve lost weight but because they’re inherited. I doubt they’re going to grow anymore which is quite sad 🙁

Don’t stress too much about it. Most people who lose weight or even tone up may experience a decrease in the size of their breasts. Also im naturally a D cup and Ive had friends with even bigger busts, but most of us would trade it for a C cup or a B cup! Sometimes people want what they don’t have. I asked several guys I know about it and they all said that they would rather date a girl with a small bust instead of a girl with a fake one. You could always look for good push-up bras or if you are still self-conscious about it then do some research on breast lifts, though make sure you’ve done good research and it looks natural. Finally, make sure you are in the healthy weight range for your height, because I know that when im at a healthier weight and not too skinny then my breasts look and feel firmer.

So im thinking about a lift – maybe at the end of the year. I have to wear a much more supportive bra actually because they have lost the volume and not firm. I take the pill, no change in breast size, and i wouldnt go messing with hormones.

I’m the opposite I have lost over 17 kilos and lost many dresses sizes but have only lost one size in my boobs went from a F to a E 🙁

Some think I’m lucky but big boobs are not fun at all.

As you said you reduced your 17 kilo. But reducing some much weigh may cause you many problems. You feel weak. It’s better to reduce weight slowly and steadily.
