Visible pores which will not go away! :(

Hey guys! Just wondering if anybody has any tips or tricks to prevent porous skin after shaving. No matter how much time I wait after shaving my legs, and no matter how much I moisturise, my legs still have heavy pores, giving them a really spotty appearance.

You can get home IPL machines which are similar to laser and that may help if you are consistent then you’re be hair free and hopefully pore free 🙂

Seconded, if you have the right skin tone/coloured hair – give laser a shot. BUT that can be expensive.

Waxing will also help, or depilatory creams. Pretty much avoid shaving

But if you still need to shave (I have recently started again), the only way I found that helps is exfoliating frequently, dry mitts don’t really work for me but using a body brush or body polish/scrub gets the job done.

Also, if you just shave straight away without “warming” up the skin that can also make a huge difference. I always have a shower first so that shaving is the last step in the days routine. Plus the obvious must do, always ensuring you have a sharp razor, if you are using a dull blade it won’t matter what you do beforehand.

Hi, i used to get this too and when I had tan on it would be so noticeable but since getting laser on my legs it has has stopped! Might be worth a try!

Thats literally the reason why I never fake tan 🙁 I really want to get laser, but I`m still fairly young and I`ve heard that its no good to get laser at my age, because when hormones change, it`s likely the hair will grow back.
