Random hair growth!

Hi beauties!

I’m wondering if any of you have stories about random places on your body that you’ve sprouted hair?

I’ve got a flat mole on the side of my arm that constantly grows a long (and awkward) black hair! It doesn’t matter how many times I pluck it, it always grows back. I’ve just given up!

Do you guys have any spots on your body that grows unwanted hair?

Because of androgens (sex hormones that we all make) and how your hair follicles react to the overall balance of those hormones, which is partly influenced by heredity. During hormonal fluctuations, such as pregnancy or menopause, you may find that these hairs become more noticeable.

Random hair is normal and so is regrowth. Only way to permanently get rid of regrowth is through electrolysis treatment which is painful and expensive. My eccentric half sister had a number of long hairs that grew under her chin like a goat (she’s a Capricorn too). She would pull on them while thinking. She stopped plucking and let it grow. It was very like a goat ‘gruff’. Her husband hated it. They are now divorced and she still has her ‘goat beard’.

I have a white hair that grows out the side of my face. I pluck it out but it can get quite long if I forget about it

I used to have a big mole on my leg and there was a hair on it. I felt insecure about it and the only way to get rid of this mole was a laser removal. I`m very happy that I dared to do it, now I can wear skirts with no problems.

It is such a normal thing as a woman to have hair growth in different places to where we’re ‘meant’ to. It is also a myth that is fairly racist, as some people of different ethnic heritages naturally grow more hair. I wish it was more accepted within our society to grow hair wherever you happen to naturally have it, and for it to be more of a choice rather than a ‘must do’.

I myself have a flat mole on the bottom of my left cheek. A single dark, black hair and it keeps growing back , No matter how many times i pluck it.

Maybe if i keep on plucking it will eventually not grow at all?

I have had a single black hair on my tummy region. I think I must have plucked this hair for many years. Suddenly, one day, I noticed it was actually gone forever.

I wonder if you should consider your mole being ‘healthy’ because it still grows hair on top of it 🙂 Maybe just have a chat to your doctor Anna, or a dermatologist.

I do know however, how annoying these little ‘don’t wanna have them’ are.
