Nads Facial Wand Eyebrow Shaper

Hi all, I was just wondering if anybody has used this product and whether it’s worthwhile buying?

I did not like it! The wax was never the right consistency, either too thick and gluggy or if I left it to warm in the sun it turned into liquid and was impossible to use.

    I would not recommend.

Here’s my review on BH, but I seem to be the only person not liking it!

Nads ultimate brow shaping kit | Great brow pencil but the wand is fiddly

Am I the only person who doesn’t like this brow shaping kit?

I usually shape my brows either professionally or using tweezers. I found that the wand is fiddly to use, perhaps because I haven’t had enough practice. Even though I warm up the wand between my hands before use, I found that the wax still comes out very thick and it is difficult to apply it precisely where I want it to go. I also found that it is difficult to apply the wax evenly to all places, meaning that some places end up with thicker wax and some places end up with thinner wax. As a result, hair does not come out evenly after I used the strip.

I have only used the kit twice because I can’t be bothered. I am now back to using my tweezers which is so much quicker, cleaner and precise.

On the other hand, the brow pencil that comes with the kit is fabulous. I love it and I use it every day. It delivers just the right amount with pigment and the colour looks very natural.

I wish I can repurchase just the brow pencil!

I received it from BH a while back and I found it works pretty well. The wax is very sticky and can get messy quickly, so I’d recommend only twisting a little bit up at a time. I ran out of strips before ever finishing the wax and haven’t repurchased it. I ended up switching back to tweezers because that was what I’m used to.
