I Need YOUR Suggestions

Hello ladies,
Since being a SAHM I’ve started making beauty products to help me with a little bit more cash.
I was wondering if you could tell me your favourite body product or fragrance so that I could appeal to more people.
I currently make: body scrubs, lip balms, body spritz, milk bath soak, bath bombs, bath salts etc.
I have quite a few different fragrances, but need a little more inspiration.
Thank you in advance ♡

I love scents that aren’t too overwhelming. Fruity scents like apple or berry, Citrusy scents like lemon or orange, clean and fresh scents like water or grass and flowery scents like rose or ylang ylang are so amazing ♡ but it shouldnt be too overwhelming as well 🙂

    Ohhh I LOVE fruity smells!
Love pineapple, green apple, pineapple & coconut, coconut & lime, strawberry, watermelon, and kind of melon, watermelon & kiwi, banana
    Also love food smells
Like coffee, mocha, hazelnut, bluberry cheesecake (AMAZING), caramel, cake, banana bread, chocolate
    I could seriously keep going….

That sounds so interesting =D I think since not all people have bathtubs in their home, your body scrub or lip balms probably will sell better? I love lip balms. I have five different ones at the moment >.>

Hm, I would suggest water scent. I have a friend who absolutely hates any sweet or fruity smell, which is weird. But she loves water scent, like the one in Palmolive Thermal Spa. So you might want to give that a try? =) I love Davidoff’s Cool Water too, which is a water scent, haha.

I love anything that has a vanilla scent, but it has to be an authentic vanilla and not a cheap synthetic version. I love rose, jasmine, ylang ylang, geranium, orange blossom, lavender, fruity, berries and citrus scents etc. If there is one scent that I don’t like, it would have to be peppermint. I don’t know why companies insist on making their foot products with a peppermint scent. Although I love coconut oil as an ingredient, I don’t like products with a synthetic coconut scent.

As far as scented products, I love Jurlique rose products, Botani Spirulina Salt Scrub (lemon myrtle scent), Natio Orange Blossom Sea Salt Scrub, Glasshouse Rio De Janeiro Passionfruit & Lime candle.

Don’t forget the citrus family (including bergamot, as well as your lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, tangerine etc.) or your Australian traditionals (lemon myrtle is a favourite). They are strong scents so you won’t need to use as much, they combine well and are refreshing. Citrus with something like basil or black pepper essential oils make for an amazing combination in a soap and are relatively cheap as oils.

Vanilla, Lavender and Rose are the classics, but i found sometime Rose scent can be quite strong and put me off.

I notice that lately there are a lot of coconut scented products in the market. that is also a new trend.

Ronii, I love the same fragrances as you!! Haha ♡
Hayley, love those fragrances too. I make foot scrubs. The body scrubs can be used as hand scrubs. I haven’t looked into creams yet. I wouldn’t know where to start…maybe google? Haha
    Thanks for the suggestions xx

Love vanilla, musk, caramel or coconut scents. Have you thought about making foot or hand scrubs or creams?
