Do You Wash Your Legs?
I can’t believe the latest news about the online poll which says that 20% of people DON’T wash their legs! Are you shocked by this? Supposedly, a lot of people think that having soapy water running down their bodies is good enough. This reminded me of a similar argument I had with someone in the past – be grateful that I’m not going into THAT!
I DO – every single time I have a shower. I also scrub the soles of my feet & in between my toes – every single time.
Anyway:
1. Do you wash your legs in the shower?
2. Are you shocked that 20% of people DON’T?

I don`t know how I missed your comment, LadyLola. Yes, I like being squeaky clean ALL OVER, too! 🙂

Behind my ears 100%!! Every time with my face cleanser. I do all around and inside my ears! Doesn’t everyone? Haha!

I do wear a shower cap but I find that when I wash around my neck I do go up under the showercap to do behind my ears. Also when I cleanse off my face at night, I always do behind the ears also. I sort of have to be careful as I get dermatitis in my ears so can`t let soap and some products get in there.

I put the shower cap on with my ears poking out. I must look a sight, haha!

Behind the ears? Definitely! When I don`t wash my hair, I wear a shower cap so I can get right in there, as well as the back of my neck.

Haha! I wash my legs once a day.. but I scrub my feet and in between my toes every time I shower. I think people don’t wash their backs too..?? I don’t always do my back.

What?
So now people aren`t washing their backs either? I wash my back completely, from a-hole to breakfast time!

When I had my shower this morning I made a mental note to see how I did wash my back. I run the soap around my neck and nape and get as much soap on the top of my back as I can. I am restricted with how far I can move my arm to a height though, but I can get to about the top half of my back and then I take the soap and bring it from the waist up. Surely doing that must wash most of the back.

When I had a shower, I stopped before the legs & thought: what if I just stopped here? I considered this for about a second & got the heebie-jeebies.
Doesn`t everybody grab diagonal corners of the flannel when they scrub their backs? Hold one corner over right shoulder then grab other corner with left hand at shoulderblade or waist height, depending on the size of your flannel; scrub, then swap sides.
I hadn`t considered what those with mobility issues do. It sounds like you`re washing your whole back to me.

Years ago when growing up, I remember doing the flannel exactly as you mentioned above misf but these days, no way can I do that in our small shower. Honestly, whoever built this house were midgets I am sure. Even the kitchen sink was really low. I know there are long handled brushes out there but that`s too hard for people with shoulder issues.

He`s washing his ass! (Ass as in donkey.) It`s more of an American joke because most of us say aRse instead of ass.

I do. I typically shower twice a day and wash my leg all the way down. I pay particular attention to my knees as I have a lot of dry skin which I scrub away in the shower. For feet, depending on how lazy I am. If I have the energy to bend down then I scrub between my toes as well. If not, I just quickly lift them up and scrub the bottom of my feet.
I don’t know… I can’t say I’m surprised that people don’t wash their legs. I have read so many other shockers like some people only shower every week or twice a week. I try very hard not to judge, but it’s really difficult. People who admit not showering every day say themselves don’t stink – but one can’t smell their own BO I reckon…

ME too!! It completely grosses me out if I don`t hear water running and I know someone has left the washroom….ICKKK
And then those that spend .001 second washing…
