Cellulite!

Has anyone used a cellulite cream that they actually got good results from?
I have a bit of cellulite on my butt and thighs.
I know the best way to get rid of it includes exercise, a healthy diet, drinking lots of water, and massage/dry brushing etc.
But as for the stubborn areas, has anybody tried a cream that worked ok?

Please let me know X

I’m not sure about creams, but dry brushing helps with cellulite, along with many other health benefits. I would give this a try.

I lost some weight recently due to extreme anxiety – and therefore appetite loss AND increased physical activity which I use to help deal with my anxiety… I had, just prior to all this, bought Weleda’s Birch Cellulite Oil… And I began using it twice daily while losing a few kilos.
Although the weight loss (and fatty tissue/cellulite loss) may have a lot to do with my cellulite disappearing, I think the oil really helped a great deal too.
And I loved using it. It smells beautiful and absorbs really well.

Caffeine based creams or body scrubs may help with cellulite.

Does anyone know if Rosehip oil helps with cellulite? (Or something else for that matter?)

Can anyone recommend a retinol cream that helps?

Looks like you are gonna have nice toned arms from this. lol

once a day is doable. probably twice is a lil too time consuming.
I would think that application immediately after shower is more effective as there is more moisture on the skin and it would aid a water based lotion.

I feel hot too after applying my thermal active lotion. It’s even hotter if i had exfoliated. It’s not as intense as a sauna but not uncomfortable.
I looked at the ingredients and it is Capsicum Frutescens that is causing you to feel hot.

Directions are twice a day, massaging in for 2-5 minutes. I’ve only used it at night time, an hour’s wait after showering. The first time I used it, I used it straight after showering, and the cream went very hot. Best to wait a while so you’re skin’s not at it’s most sensitive straight after showering.

It doesn’t sink it straight away, so mornings aren’t suitable for me. It needs a good while to sink in and dry. So I massaged it for the full 5 minutes to compensate I guess.

My arms have definitely gotten a workout as of late, I would definitely agree with you there Harmony Queen!

in Heidi Purrs’s other forum topic, i did comment that a body lotion i used with thermal active ingredient does help in making the skin tighter.

sunjeanie, we would love to hear your feedback on the cellulite cream! how often do you have to apply it?

10 of us are currently trialling a cellulite cream by SCULPTT in this month’s Discovery Bag.

Although we’ve been given a very short time, and reviews are due in the next few days for it – even though it requires 2-4 weeks before results are shown.

You can possibly wait to read follow up reviews of it in future. But I have reservations that stuff makes a huge difference. You can feel it stimulating the skin though. I don’t know. I guess time will tell! 😛

It’s probably easier to tell everyone you’re wearing seersucker pantyhose. I wear them to the beach to protect me from jellyfish stings, lol!

I doubt the efficacy of creams for cellulite, but good luck!
