I`ve tried quite a few creams, lotions and serums but none of them really worked (for me, anyway). I only saw results after a course of Accent XL treatments (www.slenderbody.com.au). At lease there is hope 🙂

i dry skin brush and make a massage oil with juniper, cypress, fennel, carrot seed and rosemary essential oils, i make it to 2.5% dilution which is pretty standard and it breaks the cellulite up really well. the essential oils increase circulation, act as diuretics, strengthen the veins and capilliaries and basically just get the gunk moving. i see a really big difference with in 2 weeks if i am religious about it.

I`ve also heard from a doctor that you can`t beat cellulite from the outside with creams and stuff – the food you eat, water, your skin tissue, etc is what determines how much you`ll get and where it will hit.

I have always thought they were gimmicky. I have never used them or really needed to. The best thing to tone and tighten your thighs is by doing a spin cycle class – I lost 6cm of both thighs in just 8 weeks. Cycle classes are tough but my God they work! Seriously girls – get pedalling!

watched a show on tv the other day and its scientifically impossible to rempove celluite by lotiona and creams its where the skin tissues become uneven or something then only wat to make it go is to add muscle and tighten the skin

I`ve actually added to my routine the Garnier Cellulite Massaging Rollerball,
It rolls on and u just rub the rest in with ur hand, it has a tingly sensation and feels really nice.
I apply this after my morning shower.
I feel this has helped to tone the skin and give it that added extra Omph..

Avon Cellu Sculpt is really good – when I first started using that even though I didn`t really have much/any cellulite, I seemed to `lose` an inch or so around my thighs and things in general fitted better around my hips and tummy! So no idea if this was coincidence or not… gotta get some more of that…

Ok, I got the cellulite rubbing thing from Priceline and have been using every day for 4 days and my skin is already back to being nice and smooth, like vanessa some people would say I didn`t have any/much to begin with… but I do drink about 3 litres of water a day, I drink a couple of cups of tea, plus at night a couple of cups of chamomile tea, I walk as much as I can and I have a flight of 20 stairs just to go up and down at least 20 times a day at home… i don`t eat junk, i do have the occasional treat or homemade cupcake… so gemini69 THANKS A MILLION 🙂 for reminding me about that! I used to do it religiously from the time I was about 18, but being a mum I just seemed to forget about some of these things I used to do…
