BEST EXCERSISES TO LOSE BELLY FAT

Helppp!!
What excercises help lose belly fat ?
After having three kids my body is just out of whack!
I eat clean, drink 3-4 litres of water a day
I do exercise but I’m just not sure what the hell I should be actually doing, and I don’t know if I start doing squats now or wait till I’ve lost all the fat I want to lose first ?

    Not only do you need to work out, but you also need to watch your nutrition. Nutrition is 80% of your success, and 20% is training. If you strike a balance, you’ll be fine.

    Thanks for sharing. Fat on my belly is my eternal problem since I was 17 years old. I have to constantly go in for sports so that the belly is not too big, but if I give up training, it starts growing again.

    I have recently been given a recipe for a drink that helps you burn fat over night by super charging your metabolism & detoxifying your body. I haven’t tried it yet but apparently its not too awful tasting & the reviews are full of people who have had amazing results. You basically blend the following ingredients together & drink before bed;

    1 lemon (juiced), 1 medium cucumber, 1 tbsp aloevera juice, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, bunch of parsley or cilantro, pinch of black pepper, 1/2 glass water. A little honey to sweeten if needed (someone else also suggested to use a kiwi fruit as a sweetener)

    It could send you to the loo a bit more than normal due to the detoxifying properties but worth a try…if nothing else its good for you I guess.

    I have the same problem. I tried some Youtube videos of regarding this for last year. It helps me to loose some belly fat. But hard to keep doing it. At the moment i am drinking lemon and honey every morning and doing regular exercise.

    Hi Ane,

    I have the same issue and nothing works, I am quite slim but as I am getting older I notice the stubborn mid section I can’t get rid off – I think for some of us it’s just our body shape so nothing I can recommend as I haven’t found anything myself- Sorry 🙁

    Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce fat, you can do core exercises but if there is fat there it won’t be seen. A great way to lose fat is weight training, you burn calories for longer but also have cardio sessions (1 or 2), increasing your NEAT is really important too. If you sit down at the office all day and work out 3 times a week you won’t be off-setting the amount of non-movement happening 🙂

      Such a good reply. Thank you for saying this. There really is no way to `target` particular areas to lose fat, and anyone trying to sell you this is trying to take your money!

        Thank you! So much misinformation out there and it just causes people to not look at their “”health”” overall. Or trying to do one thing, not seeing results and giving up!
