Hi Ladies,
Was just wondering if anyone had participated in this program before and what you thought. I’m thinking about joining for the next one.

Hey ladies, I saw on fb that Ashy Bines is doing the 28day booty transformation starting in Jan for free. I have the ab one but thought since it’s free why not! Give me some extra healthy meal and workout ideas since I train from home. There was a link on fb which signed me up to her newletter then you download the app for free. Once it’s downloaded you just sign in using the email address and password you used for the newsletter then you get all the meal plans and workouts for free. If you click the pay $7 button instead of logging in you will obviously have to pay so make sure you log in!!!!

I purchased one of her online programs which was US $7. It had full meal plans, recipes and a very detailed exercise program. So much info! They were ebooks so I just put on my ipad. I filled out a questionaire then it sent me the program based on this – I think there were maybe 6 or so variations so it is tailored a bit more to you individually. Def worth it for that price!

Her programs are big on Fat burner walks (around 45mins fasted) most days which I don’t do. But everything else is great. One of these might be the way to start and see if you like her stuff? Although you obviously won’t get the accountability or suppprt that a group challenge has. I love Ashy and her positive messages about balance and life! Good luck x

I think it’s quite overpriced.. you can join a gym for $80 a month and go to unlimited gym classes and get the same results?

I looked into this a few months ago but was really put off by someone of the things that Ashy had allegedly done (i.e. bullying speech), and the fact that her program is really just common sense and general guidelines, not a special program per say. I REALLY recommend the Tone It Up girls instead – they have a massive amount of video workouts that are all free, and do give results! (I try and do the bikini booty workout a few times a week, and it really is lifting my massive butt!) They have great challenges (like the 31 day challenge, which has just started), and a great nutrition plan available for purchase. You can look for yourself at https://www.toneitup.com

SUCH A JOKE AND A CON! They said ONE PAYMENT and then BAM $40 out of my acc the next month. No refund due because I apparently agreed to T&Cs. Had they said one SMALL FIRST payment and then regular payments, I wouldn’t have signed up, but no such statement was made. I bet the girls emailing me saying “sorry no refund” have never ever sat and read T&Cs in their life. BIGGEST JOKE.

I’ve worked out at her gym on the Gold Coast and really liked it! The trainers there are fantastic and really care. Plus the bathrooms all had hair dryers and straighteners etc so it was really handy to go there before work!

She’s jumping on the health and fitness bandwagon with some good marketing and public relations. I don’t believe she has any accredited qualifications in health or fitness.

Self obsessed with her looks and has had some plastic surgery paid for by her parents when she was younger and probably has had more since then. I would be wary of her products.

Hi ladies. My friend purchased Ashy’s book and did the whole plan but she said to me that it wasn’t worth the money as it hardly had any recipes and no exercise information. She had to find out information from the internet. I think that quite poor myself and that’s why I never purchased her book.

I have tried a different book that was brought to my attention from someone I work with as she started losing weight and was looking like she was glowing. I asked her what she was doing and she said she was following a book called “Total Body and Health Transformation”. I kind of said to her oh there are heaps of those things out there but she said that it’s the only one which has been endorsed by one of the best cardiologists and heart transplant specialists in the country. So I thought ok well I had to check it out for myself then.

It wasn’t the cheapest but I thought well it’s investing in my health. Honestly it was the best money I’ve spent in regards to weightloss and wellness. I’ve nearly lost 11 kilos. I just couldn’t believe how good the content is and that it’s such an easy to follow plan. It has complete 7 day meals plans including all the recipes for them, shopping lists for those plans and complete exercise programs whether you exercise in gym’s, indoors, outdoors or at home. I guess why I chose this book was that not only does one of the best cardiologists around say’s it’s a fantastic book and it’s easy to follow but it’s also written by an international best selling author. There website is http://www.GlobalHealthRenegade.com He know’s his stuff from what I have read and heard about him. No affiliation just wanted to pass on my success and how I did it.

All the best on your journey.

Does her diet actually contain enough MICROnutrients. Is it sustainable?

Just obtained a copy of her diet. I would not pay for this. She just lists “This is a no no don’t eat. No real explanations, instead she writes “just use google and youtube”. Her very low carb diet would activate Ketosis in the body and she also doesn’t explain this concept of the body burns fat stores for energy (ketones) instead of carbohydrates. Also it’s unhealthy for a long-term diet. Ashy also hasn’t kept in mind that a lot of people buying her diet lead busy lives whereas Ashy full time dedicates her life to working out and dieting. She hasn’t even had children yet..

I would read the book “French Women Don’t Get Fat”. Seriously, I eat chocolate almost every day of my life, never gained a pound from it.
