Affordable waxing strip?

I’ve had a lot of my friends recommend using waxing strips on my legs as it’s apparently faster than shaving but I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions as to which brands/products I should check out?

    I used to use Veet until I tried Marzena. Much better backing sheets that you can reapply three times before tossing.

      Hi cityglenda, I bought a pack of Marzena waxing strips to try out next month and although I have never tries Veet, I have used Nads so will have something to compare them to. The reapplication capability sounds great so I can`t wait to try them!

    I have tried a few different brands of wax strips from the chemist, but I have not found a brand that I would recommend. They can’t compare to the results that you receive from hot wax. Also, wax strips have the potential to break some of the hairs off, instead of pulling them out from the roots.

    I was a beauty therapist in my early twenties (I’m now in my fifties), so I’m fussy about results. It’s highly likely that you could be happy using wax strips.

      Hi Petal, I really appreciate the honest response, I was planning on using waxing strips for their convenience, but because of your feedback I will look into getting a hot wax treatment done!

    Hi purplesunshineyay, Veet, Nair or Nads waxing strips.
    I’ve had good results with this particular one.

    Plus, if you browse The Reject Shop you can get them really cheap sometimes.

      Hi GeeJ, just got around to trying out the Nads waxing strips you recommended and I have to say that I completely agree about them having good results. I did browse the Reject Shop a few times but came up empty-handed but I`m so satisfied with the results from the Nads strips that I`ll probably just keep using them!
