Aesop

OK girls just putting in another brand that I have been using but there is no thread as yet.

I am really loving some of the Aesop products I have used thus far.

My FMIL in her house has it in the guest bathroom and kitchen so since running out of alot of my products I have been using the guest stuff 😛 Shhhh naughty me.

The Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash, is a very invigorating mandarin/citrus smell. I use this all the time in the kitchen whilst handling food and also in the powder room. The smell lingers on my skin for quite some time and doesnt dry them out at all.

Rind Aromatique Body Balm just seeped into my skin as I got out of the shower and lathered it on. Non-greasy and once again a very citrus smell (I love the smell of citrus, can you tell?!), my body just feels so velvety smooth. I also wonder being citrus oils if it reduces cellulite?!

I also washed my hair with the Sage Scalp Cleansing Shampoo which is meant to be great for flaking itchy scalps…it did leave a bit of a cool slightly stinging feeling, not sure if I am liking this right now. It didnt strip much moisture from my hair, however it does have SLS in it so I am not too happy about that!!

Revitalising Hair Sealing Conditioner just wasnt moisturising enough for my hair, and my ends still fill a little dry. I am also malting a bit and hoping this is stress related and not due to using the shampoo and conditioner!! It is a nice subtle lavender smell.

Dont get me wrong I think they did the job, but the ones in the guest bathroom were probably not right for my hair type.

I am tempted to go to an Aesop store as I love the layout and concept and maybe find more products to fall in love with.

I love Aesop and use it when ever I can. I love the Resurrection Hand Balm and the facial cleanser and face Oil. Exquisite products totally worth their cost.

Thats a good reminder. My husband bought me one of their soaps a couple of years ago. It`s soooo nice.
There is a pretty shop on Brunswick Street in Fitzroy (Melbourne) where they sell it. This brand is great for gifts!

Ahh…thanks for reminding me about Aesop. I think it makes a great gift but for some reason I`ve never bought it for myself. Must go back in ..it`s been ages since I went in there… they must have some nice new products to try!
