My mantra of staying fit is daily exercise and running. Keep track of what are you are eating in a day. Make sure you are having enough amount of protein. Don’t miss any mineral in your diet. Low sugar and low sodium diet always help. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. Say no fast food and sugary, soda and alcohol drinks. The best I can suggest is consult a nutritionist.

    Hello everybody,
These are all amazing tips and ideas. I would like to share my own experience. I gave birth to a beatuful baby boy 4 months ago and it was an amazing experience. However, I gained about 40lbs during my pregnancy and I wanted to lose this weight ASAP. I have found this amazing article http://www.babycaremag.com/health-and-nutrition/lose-baby-weight-little-effort-diy-recipe/ . This was great for me because I wanted to combine exercises with healthy diet. I am now 5 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight.

I’ve made fasting days once a week and lost 39 lbs in about 8 months. On those days I ate only one product: apples, grapefruits or chicken.

Drink plenty of water, it’ll help your body flush fat out and keep you hydrated helping your skin stay more elastic. Eat sensibly and if you’re going to pan fry your protein in oil use coconut oil; pinglet posted some excellent food ideas and blondeparty has some excellent eating habit tips. I recommend low impact cardio training combined with light resistance band training, there’s no better way to staying tight and fit that replacing fat with lean muscle.

Yes I can definitely agree on the “powerwalking” tip haha! It works for me, and is so much easier than a full out jog, so you can go for much longer 🙂 Good luck! x
