Hi, nobody has to reply to this but I just needed to tell a friendly ear and I know that I have many of them in here.
My little Miss 4yo has been a toe walker from when she could walk. CAFHS always said that it was something she would grow out of. Well we have just spent the last two weeks at doctors, orthapeadic surgeons and physiotherapists. For my Miss 4 it seems she was born with a shortened tendon in her right leg and she has to have a cast put on for two weeks, taken off then another put on. 'They will put her leg into a different position each time. There is no guarantee that this will fix it but it's the only option at the moment. The surgeon won't operate on a child under 7/8 We've put it off until next school holidays, because she starts school on Monday and we don't want to make to many changes to her life in one go. thanks for listening xxxxxx
