sweaty baby

I was just wondering what type of mattress protectors some of you use. I have one with that slight plastic backing. it’s only very thin but my poor little man sweats terribly when it’s on. i was considering just putting a thick towel down. i’d love some ideas.

    I have the full-on fitted plastic sheet, then I have the BigW plastic sheet that is covered in some kinda material.

    He doesn`t seem to sweat at all when the BigW sheet is over the top, but if it`s in the wash and it`s just the plastic fitted one on it`s own, he really sweats a lot.

    I had the same problem with the plastic backing the towel idea worked well. If you get a matteress protecter with out the plastic be careful about if he wets the sheets during the night.

    I used to use a cot mattress protector to cover my son`s mattress and used a thick towel between the sheet and the protector and when it was cooler I used the woolen between them and wash all the bedding once a week or more in the summer hopefully this will help
