Recipes to try?

Hi Mummas! And anyone else who just feels like reading this haha.

Just wondering if any of you have any meal ideas? My daughter is almost 22 months old and I’d like ideas that she can eat also. And that will be healthy – Mumma’s trying to lose weight =)

Mashed food would be ideal for her. You can add any healthy things there and can also make it yummy. Beside this fruit pulp would be ideal.

Hi TarLeeCupcake I bought the 4 ingredients for kids cookbook and it is pretty good. I have a nearly 4yr old and a 18month old, and they love most of the food. Hope this helps a little 🙂

Thanks MissChriss, I will have to buy some recipe books, trying to be creative with food and stay healthy is hard sometimes. Plus at my daughter’s age, she’s quite fussy haha.

And thank you Innerscent, will have to give it a go. Maybe it’ll help my allergies too.

Hi this recipe I want to share is not a foodie one but a very beneficial to stay healthy.

As climate change is very tremendous and alarming people a re more prone to got sick. Sinusitis and respiratory congestion are common health problems that we experience today. The heat and dust that we absorb from our day to day activity and the unpredictable weather are some of the reason why we got sick. Here a simple recipe for chest and respiratory congestion
    2 drops of lavender oil
2 drops of tea tree oil
    2 drops of eucalyptus oil
    Boil a pot of water.
Remove the boiling water from the stove
Add 2 drops of eucalyptus, 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of tea tree oil.
Cover the bowl and on top put a piece of clean towel
Inhale the aroma of the steam
    Keep your eyes close
    hope this can help 🙂
