my baby’s sweaty ears?

Hi all, I have a 10week old baby and i find that behind her ears it gets dry skin. when i wipe it with water and put some qv cream on it a few hours later ( like after her 2-3hr nap) its really sweaty. its not the qv cream, coz i wipe it dry and then 30mins later its sweaty again. does anyone know of anything else i can use?

    MooGoo scalp cream might do the trick, most of the advice I have gotten for this was always olive oil but I find that use to just make my baby sweat even more, both of mine ended up growing out of it with time, good luck 🙂
