elainebr18s exciting journey!!
I was goin to stick this in the grandmother again thread but i dont want to steal from elmo rules sunshine!!
I went for my 2nd scan yest…first one didnt show much so had to go again yesterday.
Everything is looking really good so far thank god. We even got a wave with the 5 fingers and then with both hands to show he def had 10 lol it was so cute. There was a good strong heart beat which we were relieved to see and we even got a look at the brain!!
I then asked the girl if she could print me a pic to show my family back home (i’d be shot otherwise lol) and she got a cheeky grin and told me to follow her!! She brought me into the other room and took a few pics with the normal scan…then done a 3d scan!!! It was so surreal it looked sooo real…i know it is real but its so much more lifelike than the normal pics!!
It also gave us a good indication that my lil tadple has a lil tadpole lol….sorry thats probly rude but yes it looks like its gona be another boy!!
She said i’d have to confirm it at the 20wk scan cos she was only getting used to the machine but it was quite clear lol…he even did a bit of showing off, he put his hand behind his head and spread his legs and gave a bit of a wiggle lol so funny!!!
But anyway this is the start of another amazing journey for me, i cant wait!!
Now the fun bit…to tell my boss lol
