Dribble rash

My little boy is teething and dribbling a lot. He now has a red rash on his chin. Does anyone know any products to help with this?

try pure lanolin its really sticky but it works to heal and as a barrier cream too you can get it in the baby section at chemists i used it on my nipples for breastfeeding and it did wonders and i didnt need to wash it off to breastfeed it was safe for my baby

you could try some plain shea butter or a calendula ointment. you need something that will sit on the skin like a nappy balm to protect it. even if you can put some on before he goes for his sleeps that may help heal it.
