All the symptoms of Pregnancy but 2 negatice tests?

After i had my last period i had pains in my lowe abdominal similar to when i got pregnant with my son, I took a pregnancy tests and its was negative. I thought it was too early so I waiting til my next period which was 4 days late so I assumed I was pregnant took a test and it was negative again. I got my perios but it was very light and only lasted 2 days. Since then i have been very sick with headaches, back aches and stomach pains. Has anyone actually been pregnant while have negative tests? Just wanted to know if anyone had any similar stories?

    Hi Nickyfraser …

I agree with all the girls … go see a doctor! I’ve NEVER missed a period in my life (other than when I was pregnant with my daughter) I was 3wks late last month and did a test that came up neg … saw the doc who told me to wait another week … I tested again at 4wks still neg … Dr did a blood test that was neg but found that it was probably my diet that was causing a disruption in my cycle … I’ve changed the diet and my monthly came back 2 wks later!

I have had a friend who tested neg on every test she took other than bloods … but you’ll never know what it is till you get it checked out … and the earlier you go the faster you can do something about it.

Best of luck to you! ♥

I am with the others who suggest heading to a doctor straight away. Another thought came to mind an ectopic pregnancy, which can be extremely dangerous!!
    Symptoms include
Unusual vaginal bleeding. The blood is often different from your normal period – either heavier or lighter, and perhaps darker than usual and watery – some people describe it as “prune juice”.

    • One-sided pain in the lower abdomen that is severe and persistent is a common symptom. If you experience this and you could possibly be pregnant, you should see a doctor immediately.

If the ectopic pregnancy is not diagnosed early, and the tube is stretched by the growing embryo to the point where it ruptures, then you may have the following symptoms:

Sudden, severe pain gradually spreading out across the abdomen.
Sweating, feeling light-headed or faint, diarrhoea, or blood in your stool.
Collapse or shock as a result of severe internal bleeding.
Shoulder-tip pain. This can happen if there is internal bleeding which irritates other internal body organs, such as the diaphragm.

Hopefully we are all just jumping the gun here, but either way it never hurts to have a checkup to make sure. Even if it turns out your are normally pregnant then you can have confidence in getting a blood test to confirm 🙂 Best of luck darl xxx

Maybe wait a lil and re-test! I always show straight away on a test wen pregnant personally tho!
Or it cood just poss. be a chemical pregnancy or something like that?? I know a few girls who have had those!

You can still be pregnant and have multiple negative tests this is because there isn’t enough of the hormone pregnancy tests test for in your urine. Go to a doctor and get a blood test to be safe. Hope it all works out for you xx

Hi there! I actually had three negative tests when I was pregnant with my little girl, we knew I was pregnant so I went to the doctors and did a pee test there and it came up positive and then went for the blood test just to confirm it and I was pregnant =)
I don’t trust home pregnancy tests anymore (not that I have done anymore tests). Best option is to go see your doctor and book in for a blood test, good luck! x

I don’t mean to scare you either, but I would definitely see a doctor for a blood test and definitely an ultrasound scan. The normally do an external and internal scan. It might seem like a hassle but I always think better safe than sorry

I dont want to be alarmist but based on my own experience i feel you need to see a Doctor asap and have a blood test done.
The symptoms you describe are similar to what I had. If the blood test shows you are not pregnant and doesnt pick up any thing that could explain your symptoms then ask for a scan to be done including a vaginal scan.
I had similar symptoms and had so many tests and was just getting more and more sick until it was discovered that i had a tumour in my uterus. The guy doing the scan said that i could have an internal scan (vaginal) if i wanted as they were much better…I said may as well since i was there. When he did it he picked up more tumours and a polyup which the Docs were quite concerned about because they are a high risk of being cancer and if not cancer if they are left they will become cancer.
I had surgery to have them biopsied and removed and i was lucky….no cancer.
When all my symptoms started even though i hadnt had sex with anyone and couldnt possibly be pregnant thats how i felt…i also tested…lol..i would have been stunned if it had been positive.
Please….dont mess about…go see a Doc and most likely all will be well with you but just in case its best not to waste time.
Sorry…I dont mean to scare you.
