I just made a beautiful slow cooked stew two night ago I put lamb shanks in with balsamic vinegar, beef stock, brown onion, and let it cook for 8hrs over night than turned them in the morning and put it in until dinner put it on some mash and it was beautiful

Massaman curry in my slow cooker today. Cubed potatoes, onion and chicken breast, a jar of Ayam Massaman curry paste fried off with a tin of coconut milk and poured on top and cooked on low. Easy, delicious, comforting on a cold wet day like today and my kids love it.
