Pelvic floor exercises with feedback to let you know if you are doing it right
Ok, so this is a bit personal, but since I had a hysterectomy at 43, I’ve been struggling with incontinence. I know I have tried to work on my pelvic floor, but it doesn’t seem to help.
I was contemplating a pelvic floor physio until I saw perifit advertised online. Figured I’d try it as it was approx. cost of one session with PF physio.
I’ve only had it a couple days, so no real results yet, but it did show me that external PF muscles are pretty decent, but deep internal ones need work.
There’s a phone app with games to test your muscle control (gives new meaning to joystick controller) as well as manual training options.
Interested to see if others have tried this (or anything like it) and how it worked for you, will also let you know how it goes for improving my wee issue.
