Modibodi- anyone tried them?

Hi Beauties! I’m just wondering, has anyone tried Modibodi undies? Instagram is hitting me hard with ads for them. They’re undies that you wear in place of pads/tampons when you have your period. Initially I was grossed out by that, but I’ve switched to mild curiosity. They’re $30-$40 each though and you’d need several pairs; not wanting to jump in without knowing if they actually work and what the pros and cons are. I know it’s a sensitive/private issue but if you’ve used them and can tell me honestly if they’re good or bad, I’d be interest to know.
