Member Status Is Incorrect

I have been a gold member for about a year and currently have 762 points. But I am showing as a silver member. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Interesting we talk of levels, as I was wondering if they really even still exist, as yesterday I was reading some reviews, and it was for a trial team product and the person who posted their trial team review , well this was their first review. I honestly thought with the levels and all, you had to have already written some reviews to be considered for TT. So I was wondering if the levels , although we love them, do they actually mean anything at all towards our rewards?

    I am still showing as Bronze even though I’ve received about three emails from the team saying I’ve been upgraded to silver. I’ve sent emails, but no response…

    I think I’ve been demoted to silver as last time I was upgraded to gold. Granted I haven’t been on here in a really long time!

    Omg yes! I was a bronze for so long when I should’ve been a silver but luckily BH has changed that for me now xx

    I am a silver member, however I have almost 900 points and am yet to be upgraded.

    Sounds like a glitch from the recent changes to the site. Send the team an email and I’m sure they will fix it up for you.

    That is weird Luna19 🙁 No I never experienced this, when I initially changed from silver to gold I think I needed a few more points than required/needed to be manually upgraded? But it all went ahead after a day or two. The fact that you’ve been downgraded makes me think this must be a glitch. I would email BH Im sure they will sort it out 🙂
