I was wondering the same thing.

It’s not actually “emails”. Using that term can be a bit misleading. You will only see the notifications envelope if you are logged in to BH.

Occasionally the tech on here can go a bit haywire and someone might reply to one of our comments (especially on the articles) and we may not get a notification.

Click on “Follow this Thread” at the top of the page – then you will get emails everytime someone ads to the post

No, we don’t get email notifications if someone replies to one of our forum posts or article comments. Instead, whenever you’re on Bh next, take note of the small envelope icon at the top of the page. That’s where our notifications are. The number indicates how many messages we have.

Don’t worry if you’re a week or more acknowledging someone’s reply. Not every member gets online every day – we’re all busy & we realise others are, too.
