Boohoo Online Store Feedback?

I like Boohoo. I’ve bought purchased at least 15 things from them & only had to return one pair of jeans so far.

You can contact their customer service team through Facebook on messenger & they respond pretty fast.

I have recently bought 3 dresses online from Boohoo. I was told an estimated time when my dresses would arrive and because I wanted them for an event I made sure I had enough time and also paid for express postage. Unfortunately the dresses didn’t arrive in time at all, I had no communication from Boohoo. I just had a bad feeling closer to my event that it wasn’t going to arrive in time, so I tracked my parcel online and it said the dresses were still in the UK!! I politely emailed customer service to see what was going on and explained I paid extra for express postage for an event but was pointless because it hadn’t even been sent to Australia yet and definitely wasn’t going to arrive in time for my event. Soon after I was contacted by Boohoo and was told my parcel was late and on its way and they apologised and they refunded my express postage fee. When the dresses did eventually come they are very nice, the material isn’t the best of quality but for the price is reasonable. I would shop Boohoo again but wouldn’t pay extra for postage.

They seem to do a lot of advertising on tv.

I’ve purchased some maxi dresses once that were completely see-through. I believe these were just their basic one-colour dresses. I bought orange and pink. Material was thin and not that great quality/wasn’t flattering on. It was a huge miss and I just never returned.

I was tempted but checked online and some bloggers gave pretty bad reviews. Might be worthwhile you checking online for the bloggers as well. They showed very detailed pictures showing some defects. Like everyone else said here, their products there are quite hit and miss. I reckon if i buy 10 items and only like 5 of them, i might as well spend all the money on something i can actually try in the shops.

I’ve bought from them once – a gorgeous kimono which I love. Everything was good in my experience but I didn’t return anything to them so I can’t comment on this aspect. My daughter is looking for some new shorts that are affordable (she’s a uni student) so I might mention boohoo to her as an option now that I’ve seen this thread. Thanks ladies.

I love their stuff. I buy most of my dresses and tops from there. Soo cheap and great discounts. The materials are not the very best, sometimes they are a wee bit too thin, but nothing major. I’ve never had to return anything I bought from there. Love their range. Clothes are similar to what you find in supre.

Yeah its more the maxi dresses I’m looking at that are $40 and over. Always zooming in on them to see if you can see through hahaha!

I’ve purchased them a couple of times. They usually have pretty good sales which is good. The quality of clothes is mostly good, it is a bulk production clothing brand so that is important to keep in mind (think CottonOn).

I haven’t used the return policy but it seems like a really simple process.
