Bedroom Makeover Ideas

In the next few weeks I’m getting a new mirror dressing table, which I’m really excited about because most of the drawers are going to be used to store my makeup collection (my current dresser is kind of small, so the storage system is a bit chaotic at the moment). The dresser is a 6 drawer chest made of white faux leather and has black drawers, its really pretty and is making me want to do a bit of a bedroom makeover. So, I was just wondering if any of you beautiful people had any decorative ideas or suggestions you’d like to share =) my room is pretty eclectic, so I don’t mind things that don’t necessarily match as long as they’re pretty 😉 & if you have any storage tips or know of anywhere that has good home décor bargains, or just any cute makeup storage things please, please let me know. I just really love doing room makeovers and I’m so excited so it would be great to check out some new things=)

My wife and I remodeled our bedroom last month and almost finished the renovation, it came out pretty stylish, except we never got to install good windows. Can anyone recommend a good company?

Or you can just search rooms on images and they sure will help because there is many designs, you can also get some ideas and inspirations !

Thanks Zenna, that’s a good idea =) I didn’t actually think to do that and its so obvious! My only worry is that I might go overboard (as I usually do when decorating), but at the same time it is my room and it should be a beautiful environment.

For inspiration, maybe check out Ikea too?! EVERY time I go there, I find myself wanting to not only have my own bedroom makeover, but completely redesign my whole house lol!

Omg I just found an amazing little desk on the Ikea website! It’s black with white drawers and sells for $99.00. I don’t have a desk in my room right now & it would really go with the dressing table. I’m totally going to Ikea on the weekend, I hope they have it in stock. Thanks for the suggestion =)

For inspiration, maybe check out Ikea too?! EVERY time I go there, I find myself wanting to not only have my own bedroom makeover, but completely redesign my whole house lol!

I really like the idea of wall graphics & I didn’t know that Typo sold them. I found some cute ones on their site that I’m going to try to pick up next weekend & I’m going to look into the bookend cause thats something that I really need. Thanks heaps Meredith =)
