21ST BIRTHDAY THEME IDEAS

Help! I’ve been asked to plan my boyfriend’s 21st Birthday. It will be a large party because of the amount of family invited. He isn’t sure what to do for it and was thinking of having a themed party.
Does anyone know of some good themes? The ones I’ve thought of are pop culture, superheroes and the letter ‘A’ (His name is Andrew) but I need some more ideas because I’m not certain that those are the right ones! He doesn’t really want a decades either…

    90s theme. Get everyone to google outfits of the day.
    See what was trending back then: high-top sneakers, velvet chokers and loads of denim.

    Hi stephanielatkinson,

    I know it may be silly but have you thought of not having a specific theme and just make it a “dress up” party? We had a work party that was like that and it was awesome to see all the different things people dressed up as from sailors, police, super hero’s, cleopatra and it worked well cos people weren’t restricted they could choose anything they wanted.

    Hi Stephanie , just had one for my daughters 21st and she had 60 friends over and couldn’t imagine how one person knows that many people ! Her theme was Spring Carnival and we all had to wear some floral clothing . Thank goodness it was over and everyone had fun and stayed safe . So.. what about a colour theme for your BF. What is his fav colour and dress the theme .
