Kendall Jenner reveals how she stands wearing heels all night

It’s one of life’s cruellest jokes. High heels have the ability to make us look taller and our legs longer. They take any outfit from from casual to glam, but they come at a painful, not-so-ladylike price. If you’ve ever walked home, heels in hand, you’ll know exactly what we mean.
Somebody who knows a thing or two about trying to last all night in heels is the stunning Kendall Jenner, who’s rarely spotted without a pair of sky-highs on her feet.
RELATED: Kendall Jenner reveals her beauty routine
Second youngest of the Kardashian clan, Kendall is making quite a name for herself in the fashion world. The runway is her second home, meaning she spends more time in heels than she does barefoot. So how does the 19-year-old cope with constant high heel wearing?
“I switch from one foot to another a lot”, she explains.
If you look closely at these photos, you can see Kendall regularly stands with one foot in front of the other. What’s become her signature pose is actually how she deals with foot pain - she lets her front foot have a break while her back foot holds the weight.
“You have to keep moving your feet”, she says.
G-e-n-i-u-s.
In her interview with The Daily Mail, Kendall also went on to reveal why wearing heels is even more uncomfortable for her: “I have the longest toes in the world; they're spider toes. So they're kind of being crunched right now...”
She also finds the better quality the shoe, the more comfortable they are to wear.
But of course, not all of us can afford Manolo Blahniks or Louboutins, but thankfully there are ways we can make the heels we already own a little easier to wear.
If you experience pain in the balls of your feet, try: Scholl Ball of Foot Cushions
If your heels are giving you trouble, try: Footcare Fashion Gel Heel Spots Strips
And if all else fails, pack these in your handbag to avoid that unfashionable walk of shamet: Hollywood Fashionista Flats
Kendall’s beauty tricks don’t just stop at her feet either. She also has some solid pieces of advice for glowing skin: “Wash your face, eat right and drink lots of water”, shiny hair: “I always let my hair air-dry after washing it.” and make-up: “I think a natural look is prettier. I like a good eye with lot’s of mascara.”
Are you a fan of Kendall Jenner? Do you have any tricks for dealing with high heel pain?

Literally everyone does this, heels and no heels. Stop crediting people unduly for common sense ideas.

I think you can be in or out of practice with wearing heels, which makes a difference.

Am I the only one who thinks it's funny to hear a Kardashian say that a natural makeup look is prettier? I mean, I agree totally, but SO MUCH CONTOURING.
Back on topic: So nice to hear that I'm not the only one whose feet hurt in heels. Definitely agree that the better quality the shoe, the better it'll be on your feet.

I don't own that many pairs of heels. I have found that I am more likely to reach for a pair of strappy sandals rather than strappy heels.

That's a simple yet smart tip haha. If only I could afford to buy more designer shoes now...

My shoe collection consists of flats, boots and wedges. I stay away from stilettos of any kind, they hurt my feet and I feel like I am on stilts in them.
I take comfort over look with shoes.

After a night out in heels, use water and ice in a bucket to soak feet to stop them being swollen, give them a good massage and use a nourishing foot cream before bed such as Palmers foot magic and put socks over the top. Always buy quality heels with a platform at the front for good balance. I ❤ high heels.

I would have thought this was common sense haha, I've always moved my feet for relief when wearing heels.

I have found that wearing stilettos is just getting harder and harder! I love chunky heels now!

I'm more of a wedge person than heel. These days I choose comfort over style. Price has nothing to do with whether they are painful or not. It's good to know there are products that can take away some of the discomfort!

I am so happy with the Scholl foot care range to save my feet from getting sore and blistered. I don't like to wear a pair of heels anymore without protecting my feet with gel strips.

interesting article, I would agree though the best thing is to keep moving and shifting weight off each foot

The older I get the more I care about looking after my (slightly creaky) bod. So the heels are gone.

I disagree expensive shoes do not hurt as much.
For heels I can only wear nine west. A cheap brand but the arch fits my feet. Anything more expensive I won't be able to walk in them.

I just don't wear heels except occasionally wedges which are a bit easier on the feet than regular high heels.
