What is the beautyheaven Trial Team?
Members of the beautyheaven Trial Team are sent products to trial and review for free, based on their beauty profile preferences. You can select whether you’d like to participate in written or video Trial Teams, or both. All we ask in return is that you submit a thorough review and complete the survey questions by the deadline given. beautyheaven Trial Team members also receive exclusive invitations to the beauty events that we run throughout the year.
Can I join the Trial Team?
To be eligible to join the Trial Team you must:
- Be a beautyheaven member, if you aren’t currently a member sign up here.
- Live in Australia (we don’t ship overseas)
- Be 18 years or older, or have written consent from a guardian
I want to join the Trial Team, what do I do?
If you aren’t already a beautyheaven member sign up here. Make sure your age, address and beauty profile are filled out and up to date, we use this information to recruit for our Trial Teams so if this is left blank you may not be selected.

What kind of products can I expect to trial?
The Trial Team tests out a huge range of products and treatments, from BB creams, lipsticks and foundations to shampoos, anti-ageing serums and moisturisers and many more beauty treats. You can see our recent Trials here.
How long do I have to trial a product or treatment?
Depending on the product or treatment, you will have anywhere between one week to a few months to trial it and submit your review. We will always make sure you are aware of the review deadline before you accept the trial.
How many times can I expect to be on a trial?
The beautyheaven Trial Team is a large and ever-growing community of beauty lovers, however we do try our best to ensure that everyone is given an equal opportunity to trial and review products.
What happens if I’m late submitting a review and post-trial team survey?
You must let beautyheaven know as soon as possible if: your review and post-trial survey will be late, you’ve had a reaction to a product, or have not received the product. You will receive a reminder a week before your review and post-trial survey are due, as well as on the deadline day. If your review and post-trial survey have not been received within two days of the deadline you will not be eligible for further trials.
