    Hmmm... not sure if it is just the covid post delay, but this one seems to be taking much longer than usual to arrive. No reply as yet from BeautyHeaven regarding its status. Any of the other winners received theirs yet? I know they can take a month or two to send out, but from July to mid October seems a bit long.

    Hi Bianca,
    I have won once in the past and it took about 6-8 weeks from competition close date to arrive. I was also a lucky winner of this pack and have not received it yet either. The issue could be with Auspost as they are really slow and in some areas are only delivering a few days a week now. I'd give it another couple of weeks and then follow up if you still haven't received it.

    I have won a few things on the past. Some of them have been massive prize packs. BH is so generous.
    Usually your parcel is sent out about a week to a month after the winners are announced (usually it is closer to a month - it really depends on when the products arrive in their office). Then they will send the parcel straight to your postal address on the system. Therefore please keep it up to date.
    Australia post has been really late these days so the hold up might end up being on their end.
    I am surprised that you haven't heard anything as BH sends out an email to tell you that you have won. Are you subscribed to and are you getting your bi-weekly newsletters? A few of us are having issues with emails not going through the system. If you haven't heard anything within another week or two maybe send info@beautyheaven.com.au a message.

    Thanks Elunia :) Appreciate your reply. I never heard anything from BH about it & i emailed an enquiry a couple of weeks ago and didn't hear back either. I'm still getting the newsletters though! I will just wait & see! :)
