A healthy dose of glossip
As well as paying tribute to the King of Pop, here’s what else Team bh has been chatting about this week.
Wigs. The new ‘do. Whether you’re looking to think pink, go Gaga or sport a new style on Saturday night, wigs are the way forth. Lilly has spoken.
Sports chic – what we would wear if we were courtside at Wimbledon. We’ve whittled it down to Hissyfit Saving Face (SPF30 being essential even in English ‘sunshine’), MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner SPF15 in Gentle Coral and a coating of Maybelline New York Colossal Volum’Express Mascara. Now pass the Pimms please.
‘80s hair – I say it’s a do, pretty much the whole office says it’s a don’t. I was such a fan of Marion Cotillard’s semi-slicked back ‘do that she paraded at the UK premiere of her new flick Public Enemies that I want you to repeat after me – the ‘80s are not public enemy number one. Embrace the slick. Pretty please.
How different your voice sounds on camera – as we had a play around with new products out this month, there was debate around the office about who actually likes their voice on camera. The verdict? No one. And just for the record, I do not sound like this…
All hail Hermione – Emma Watson needn’t worry about Kristen Stewart clipping at her heels. The August Teen Vogue covergirl showed that a trusty berry lip is the fastest route to glamour with a capital G. Take note and stock up on Bourjois Effet 3D MAX Gloss in Cassis petillant.
Ps. Obviously prizes and the bumper EOFYS giveaway week have monopolised much of our chatter as we ooh and ahh over things to send lucky winners. So far that includes you ray_jay, Woo_Hoo and Michelle007. Well done!
To win the last mystery pack of the week, tell us what you’ve been raving about this week…
