Unlike other trials, where members aren’t always sure what to expect, there was already a pre-existing rapport with the QV brand. Trial Team members who had struggled with persistent mild to moderate eczema had long looked upon QV as one of the few brands they could trust and one they used often.

While for the most part, I paired the body wash with the cream, I did a little experiment where over the course of a few days, I used the body wash in isolation to see if my itchy patches were benefiting from simply applying the body wash.
