Bubbly beauty

Bubbly beauty

I read a bizarre article last night about how police in the UK are handing out bubble pens to ahem, ‘merry’ folk in a bid to stop drunken brawls.

The idea behind it – for those as confused as I was – is that bubbles are fun, and instead of wanting to bash someone, it’ll encourage laughter. Now, I don’t hold very high hopes for it distracting tiddly Brits, but I do agree that bubbles are fun with a capital F.

So treat yourself to these bubbly beauts and indulge in a bit of the good stuff:

Burt’s Bees Baby Bee Bubble Bath
This 99.08 per cent natural foamer uses coconut and sunflower oils to lather. It’s suitably soft for bub’s bottom but it is the vanilla extract that has won its way into our hearts (and bathroom cabinets) for good.

Madiggan Bodycare Passion Flower Shimmering Bubble Bath
This beautifully floral bubble bath will leave skin soft, shimmering and sexy. Perfect for an indulgent bath complete with candles and a book to wash away the stresses of the day.

L’Occitane Lavender Foam
This treat is perfect just before bedtime; it’ll unwind you quicker than you can shout STRESSED thanks to its rich, silky and super-foaming formula that calms the mind while softening and soothing the body from head to toe.

And just because we’re loving everything bubbles:

ELES Mineral Makeup Micro-Bubble Lipstick
This creamy, long-lasting lipstick features micro-bubble spheres which continually release lip conditioners while helping to set lip colour. An absolute must for any self respecting beauty obsessive.

What’s your favourite bubbly treat?
