What on earth is a teeth mask?

Recently we heard about Winnie the Pooh face masks (yep, that’s totally a thing), the awesome benefits of overnight masks and the whole idea of multi-masking. But the new mask on the block is one that surprised us, mainly because it’s not actually for your face or hair.
That’s right beauties, the latest trend in masks is (drum roll)… teeth masks. Teeth whitening products are all over the place, but teeth masks are a new development, which are more about protecting the teeth rather than whitening them.

RELATED: Do you have stained teeth?
A teeth mask incorporates a special, fancy toothpaste and a monthly boosting serum in a little contraption (that looks like a mouthguard) to regenerate your tooth enamel (which is damaged on the reg by things like sugary food and drinks). As a bonus, the mask can also prevent cavities and make the teeth look whiter and brighter.

Sounds like a fluoride treatment? I wonder if this really does whiten or just protect the teeth?

I'm a bit nervous about diy whitening with sensitive teeth. I think I'd prefer a trip to the dentist.

I wouldn't mind trying this product if it was in stores although I'm already using the right toothpaste & I'm wearing retainers for my teeth most people call that mouth guards but there is a difference with the two meanings & what they actually do for you but yeah I'd give it a try & see what difference it makes.

When I read teeth mask I was thinking it was something new - a teeth mouth guard has been around for years. This just sounds like a DYI fluoride treatment.

Looks interesting but I don't like wearing mouthguards so I probably wouldn't buy it.
